Patient Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator at Stanton Optical, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between our retail and clinical services teams. You will be the meaningful first touchpoint at the store, ensuring an easy and memorable experience for patients. You will work in a dynamic environment where you will be encouraged to be proactive in sharing great ideas to improve the business.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients and customers, identifying patients' needs, providing promotional products and services, answering customers' inquiries, gathering necessary information to facilitate sales, scheduling and confirming appointments, and ensuring brand standards are met.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Ability to implement active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients
• Collaborative spirit and ability to build respectful and cordial relationships with team and patients
