Patient Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator at Stanton Optical, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients while facilitating sales and fostering a strong partnership between the retail and clinical services teams. What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients, identifying their needs, and providing promotional products and services. You will also schedule and confirm appointments, enter new patient history, and complete pre-tests. Additionally, you will assist the management team with patient complaint resolution and ensure all patient expectations are met.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Active listening, building rapport, and empathizing with patients
• Problem-solving skills to address potential patients' concerns or rebuttals
• Collaborative spirit, building respectful and cordial relationships with team and patients
