What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients, identifying their needs, and providing promotional products and services. You will also schedule and confirm appointments, enter new patient history, and complete pre-tests. Additionally, you will assist the management team with patient complaint resolution and ensure all patient expectations are met.
