The Patient Departure Lounge Associate plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and positive discharge experience for patients and their families. They deliver world-class service during one of the most important transitions in the patient journey.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma OR GED
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross (ARC) OR American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Two (2) years of forward-facing customer experience
  • Clinical experience preferred
