Job Description
Patient Engagement Coordinator provides support to patients of Residential Treatment Facilities throughout their treatment. They engage patients daily by providing activity services, crisis intervention, and connecting with the various interests of the patient.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in and adapt to the culture of a multi-cultural, community-based organization
  • Commitment to maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience working with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Initial and ongoing MVR verification
  • Satisfactory drug screen
  • Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
