Role Overview

Create a positive support experience for patients, provide empathy and support, and work effectively with patients and colleagues. Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the assessment team, process incoming referrals, and coordinate appointments.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary liaison, process incoming referrals, prioritize the waitlist, and coordinate appointments. Provide oversight and support to the receptionist, participate in the onboarding process, and verify insurance eligibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years' experience in an outpatient healthcare setting
  • Background in supporting clinical teams or administrative operations in a mental health organization

  • Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Electronic Health Records software, email encryption, and Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Ability to safeguard patient information by consistently applying HIPAA privacy and security standards
