Role OverviewPatient Financial Services Representative II will analyze payer underpayments, variances, and denials, and escalate trends, make comprehensive suggestions, and file professional appeals. The role requires 5 years of hospital or medical billing experience and a high school diploma. The position is a hybrid, with a flex schedule, and the candidate must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
What You Will Do
Analyze payer underpayments, variances, and denials, and escalate trends, make comprehensive suggestions, and file professional appeals. Responsible for outbound calls and/or status inquiries via payer's website validating receipt of medical claims and adjudication status within established timeframes.
