Job Description
We are hiring a Patient Financial Services Specialist to work in our Stonemill office in Vancouver, WA. This role will support patients with financial clearance, verify insurance, and generate estimates to ensure revenue is not lost. You will also respond to patient inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and implement proper billing procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Two years of healthcare or revenue cycle training
  • Two years of experience in insurance verification, patient access, or financial clearance
  • Experience using Epic
  • Familiarity with ASC billing rules, insurance coverage policies, and self-pay workflows
