Role OverviewThe Patient Liaison is responsible for overseeing the service experience for all patients and ensuring optimal use of all practice resources. They serve as a resource to patients and staff alike by establishing strong relationships and providing necessary information.
What You Will Do
Manages schedules, performs schedule maintenance activities, communicates with patients and clinical staff, assists with data collection and analysis, facilitates billing error resolution, registers patients, and provides patient education information.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous healthcare experience, experience in a customer service role, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A bachelor's degree and previous experience with an electronic medical record system are preferred.
