Job Description
The Public Health Advisors/Patient Navigators will report directly to a Navigation Supervisor and assist patients who are seeking HIV prevention services. They will oversee caseload of STD clinic patients, deliver health education, and coordinate logistics for plan adherence.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Twelve semester credits in health education or health, social or biological sciences
  • Six months of full-time satisfactory experience in a health promotion or disease intervention/prevention program
