Role OverviewJoin our Patient Navigation team at our Long Island City (Queens) facility. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, create a welcoming environment, and provide a positive impression for patients, their families, and visitors.
What You Will Do
Greet patients, families, and visitors, inform the front desk of patient arrivals, answer questions, provide necessary paperwork, collaborate with the front desk, escort patients to exam rooms, and ensure social distancing guidelines are followed.
