Role OverviewWe are searching for a Patient Sitter Texas Children's Hospital Float Pool to ensure the safety of patients at risk of harm to self or others, under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
What You Will Do
Sitters are responsible for remaining with the assigned patient at all times during their assigned shift, assists the R.N. to provide an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors and employees, and assists in identifying patient response to care provided and reports patient condition to the RN.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of basic nursing care
- Ability to respond quickly to requests and interact with people at all levels
- BLS – Basic Life Support from American Heart Association
- CNA- Certified Nurse Assistant
