Requirements
Orchestrate patient scheduling across all service lines
Own the referral process end-to-end
Serve as the first problem-solver for incoming calls from patients, partners, or other stakeholders
Set every patient up for success at their first visit by proactively handling complex pre-visit steps
Deliver a “Wow” experience in every interaction
Take ownership of timely communication
Shape how the team works!
