Role Overview

Patient Registrar III serves as an Experience Ambassador, welcoming and assisting patients, families, and visitors. Supports kiosk registration, ensures accurate data capture, answers insurance and network questions, collects required payments, and provides concierge-level guidance.

What You Will Do

Perform accurate registration, collect required patient data, verify insurance eligibility, and guide patients through e-signature. Collect financial obligations, follow cash-handling policies, and refer patients to Financial Advocates when needed.

Requires knowledge of the full patient encounter process, including scheduling, registration, contract and financial guidelines, service coordination, and basic billing workflow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of healthcare or customer service experience with proven scheduling and registration competency
  • Must pass EPIC training
