Role OverviewAs a Patient Registration Representative, you will ensure a positive patient experience during registration, employing excellent customer service. You will identify patients, collect accurate demographics, verify insurance, determine/collect financial liability, and explain hospital policies and patient rights to families.

Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a hospital Patient Registration department, physician office setting, healthcare insurance company, revenue cycle vendor, and/or other revenue cycle related roles
- 2 years of experience preferred
