Job Description
Patient Representative provides administrative support to outpatient breast, vein, and Carolinas Imaging Services sites, maintaining office flow and efficiency, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

  • Patient reception and registration
  • Collecting payments and establishing payment plans
  • Scheduling patient appointments and procedures
  • Managing incoming phone calls and outgoing patient correspondence
  • Effective communication with other Patient Representatives and clinical staff
  • Assisting with onboarding and training new employees
  • Traveling to other locations as needed
