Job Description
Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is looking for a Patient Representative Float to support the MRI department, providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff, and upholding professionalism. The role involves registration, patient tracking, and travel to additional clinic locations.

Requirements

  • Maintains the highest level possible of customer service standards
  • Verifies, updates, and scans new and returning patient information
  • Enters patient admitting information into computer
  • Collects copays and/or payments on account
  • Travel as required to additional clinic locations
