Role OverviewThe Patient Safety Observer monitors patients remotely via video monitor or at the bedside to ensure patient safety while under observation. Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients.
What You Will Do
Demonstrates a commitment to the mission of Swedish Covenant Hospital and adheres to all responsibilities and standards of the Hospital. Maintains visual observation of patient at all times, either monitoring at the bedside or using video monitors.

Requirements
- High School Required
- Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and remain attentive to patient
