What You Will Do
The Patient Safety Technician remains at the bedside of assigned patients at all times, providing calming conversation and identifying hazards. Responsibilities include continuous video monitoring of patients at risk for self-harm or harm to others, assisting with activities of daily living as delegated by the supervising RN, and using de-escalation techniques.
