Job Description
The Patient Service Coordinator Ambulatory I - BOH, CSC Orthopedic Clinic is responsible for providing clerical support to clinical staff, scheduling patients, and maintaining clinic efficiency. The role requires a high level of patient interaction and a strong understanding of clinical specialties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a front-of-house setting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of Front of House experience or experience in a related field
  • Certification from HFMA, NAHAM, or HBI Patient Access Certification (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of medical terminology
  • Solid understanding of payer/insurance plans
  • Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish or English/Somali or other languages including ASL (not required)
