Role OverviewProvides education, acts as a liaison with the patient, physician, family, other health care personnel, hospital administration, agencies and community groups throughout the patient's hospital stay or service.
What You Will Do
Supports and guides patient and family in the health care decision-making process, including admissions, diagnostics, surgical/medical interventions, discharge, and support services.

Must have a BSN with licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse, or a MSW degree, or a Master’s degree in Health Administration or related field. Three years related work experience required.
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited School of Nursing (or must obtain BSN within 2 years of hire) with licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse by the State of Florida
- MSW degree from a CSWE accredited college or Social Work program
- Master’s degree in Health Administration or related field
- Three years related work experience
- RN experience preferred
- Prior Surgical, PACU, or ENT experience preferred
