Role OverviewThis is a per diem position to help cover sick days, vacations, and LOAs in a pediatric clinic. The representative will perform basic clerical work and tasks related to patient visits, including scheduling, check-in, and check-out duties.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include making patient appointments, greeting and assisting patients, answering telephones, processing patient billing forms, and handling messages related to prior authorizations and referrals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 or more years of healthcare office experience
