Job Description
Join the BILH team as a Patient Service Representative and make a difference in people's lives. This role will support the GI Call Center, answering and processing high volumes of incoming calls and emails, and offering opportunities for continuous improvement and quality service. The job will be located at an offsite location on the Northeastern University campus.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years related work experience
  • Experience with computer systems, including web based applications and Microsoft Office applications
