Role OverviewThe Patient Service Representative I plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for all patients at Axia Women’s Health. This includes scheduling and modifying appointments, responding to patient inquiries, and supporting daily administrative workflows.
What You Will Do
Greet patients and visitors, notify personnel to meet and escort patients, route phone calls, retrieve and route messages, perform registration functions, collect and record copayments, verify patient insurance eligibility, and assist with scheduling patient appointments.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative experience preferred, but not required
