This role is a Patient Service Representative I position that involves receiving incoming calls and assisting patients in the management of appointments/care.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit
  • Bachelor’s or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare
  • A minimum of one year in a clinical or customer service setting
  • Computer experience with ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs
  • Electronic medical record (EMR) experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR
  • High-volume call center experience
