Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Minimum of three years in a clinical or customer service setting
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft, scheduling software, and electronic medical records systems (Epic or equivalent)
  • Strong problem solving and complex patient management skills
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and appropriate manner
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of patient related documents
