Job Description
Join Atrius Health as a Patient Service Representative II and play a key role in delivering superior access for patients. This is a fully remote opportunity with a choice of schedule after training.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalency certificate
Minimum of three years in a clinical or customer service setting
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft, scheduling software, and electronic medical records systems (Epic or equivalent)
Strong problem solving and complex patient management skills
Ability to communicate in a professional and appropriate manner
Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of patient related documents
