The Patient Services Representative performs general business office functions, including charge capture, insurance verification, and counseling patients on insurance and payment issues. Ensures accurate and timely entry of patient information into the billing system and registers patients in the system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • College degree (a plus)
  • Two years minimum front office experience in a medical environment
