Role OverviewWe are looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and a desire to get started in the dental field. The person will be a support person to all the staff members and patients in their office, answering phones, handling patient inquiries, making appointments, and assisting with the completion of patient treatment plans.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing customer service, responding to patient questions and concerns, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, maintaining appointment books, confirming appointments, following up on no shows/cancellations, registering patients, posting charges and payments, checking voicemail, and maintaining a clean and friendly waiting area.
