What You Will Do
Greet and service incoming patients, collect documentation, provide notices and scheduling follow-up appointments, and utilize Electronic Health Reporting (EHR) software to compile notes in patient charts.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years direct experience in Healthcare, Dedicated Customer Service, or in a Phone Bank
- Knowledge of basic Medi-Cal terminology
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records systems
- Experience working with Native American population in a healthcare setting
