Requirements

  • 2 years of medical office experience, preferably in a surgical practice
  • Customer service experience in a healthcare environment
  • Basic knowledge of insurance plans, including Medicare & Medicaid
  • Proficiency in computer software use, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
