Job Description
The Patient Service Representative/Mohs Cancer Coordinator is responsible for acting as a liaison for patients, outside referring physicians, faculty, and residents/fellows in the practice, and assisting patients in accessing and coordinating surgical service within the health system.

Requirements

  • Ability to set priorities and establish productive working relationships with Faculty, Staff, Administration, and patients from various social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
  • Skill in verbal communications to clearly convey complex problems in both formal and informal situations.
  • Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with a patient population in varying degrees of health.
