Role OverviewThe Patient Services Ambassador will be responsible for serving patient meals, promoting quality and service, and maintaining positive working relationships. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of foodservice and/or long term care experience and a high school diploma. The ambassador will use an iPad to enter meal orders and communicate menu choices to patients.
What You Will Do
The duties and responsibilities of the Patient Services Ambassador include using an iPad to enter meal orders, serving patient meals in accordance with dietary restrictions, reading patient records, collecting trash and food remnants, promoting quality and service, and maintaining proper food and sanitation standards.
