We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator Ambulatory I-FOH to join our CSC Front Desk team, providing a welcoming experience for patients and their families, and meeting patient expectations as it relates to front desk procedures.

Requirements

  • Welcomes patients and guests in a friendly manner
  • Provides navigation assistance to patients and guests
  • Utilizes the electronic health record accurately and efficiently to perform various functions
  • Ensures personal workspace and patient waiting areas are neat and sanitized
  • Handles patient financial transactions
  • Promotes the organization and assists in maintaining clinic efficiency
  • Performs other duties as assigned
