Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and advanced knowledge of PC applications, software, and database management
  • Math and bookkeeping skills
  • Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of English grammar and punctuation
