Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the patient check in/out process and/or administering certain clinical and patient services and for performing administrative duties in support of physician staff and operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years office/clerical experience in customer service, call center, physician office or other clinical environment
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Advanced knowledge of PC applications, software, and database management
  • Math & bookkeeping skills
  • Exceptional telephone & customer service skills
  • Knowledgeable of English grammar & punctuation
