Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the patient check in/out process and/or administering certain clinical and patient services and for performing administrative duties in support of physician staff and operations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years office/clerical experience in customer service, call center, physician office or other clinical environment
Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Advanced knowledge of PC applications, software, and database management
Math & bookkeeping skills
Exceptional telephone & customer service skills
Knowledgeable of English grammar & punctuation
