Job Description
IBJI is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator II to provide exceptional patient-centered customer service and support their teams. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, medical terminology, and EHR systems, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three years experience in customer service role required
  • Minimum 1 year in a patient services related role required
  • EHR experience with Epic experience preferred
  • Knowledge in medical terminology preferred
  • Ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive and non-routine information
  • Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments
  • Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
