Role OverviewThe Patient Services Coordinator III schedules and registers patients for outpatient clinics, verifies eligibility, and obtains pre-authorizations and referrals. They work closely with physician offices, Utilization Review, and Business Office Departments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to communicate effectively with clinic staff and visitors.
What You Will Do
Schedule and register patients for outpatient clinics, verify eligibility, obtain pre-authorizations and referrals, and perform other job-related duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of clerical experience in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
