Role OverviewAs a Patient Service Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive. You'll take ownership of key administrative and communication processes that keep our practice moving.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include reconciling patient payments, obtaining authorization and/or prior authorization, and maintaining relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.

Requirements
- High School or GED diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred)
