Job Description
The Patient Services Manager is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, maintaining customer service and high standards of quality, and ensuring full capacity of schedules for all departments. They work to coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accuracy and increasing reimbursement, while integrating physical, mental and social well-being to help people achieve their optimum health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a healthcare services setting
  • Experience in healthcare office practice operations and billing
  • Supervision of employees and operational office management
  • Computerized scheduling, billing, health record systems and patient portals
  • Interpreting and compliance with federal, state and local regulations and laws
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and take action
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing and growing environment
  • Ability to rapidly improve process performance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to negotiate and create solutions
