What You Will Do
Architect and implement a scalable Patient Services model integrating high-touch and digital solutions. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, operating frameworks, and service charters. Design and sequence service lines such as access support, hub services, digital engagement, and analytics.

7-12+ years of experience in patient services, market access, hub services, or commercial operations within biopharma, specialty pharmacy, consulting, or hub providers. Proven success in designing and launching new service models, especially those blending high-touch and digital elements.

- Strong background in commercialization planning, forecasting, and launch readiness
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and executive steering committees
- Financial and analytical acumen, including ROI modeling and P&L exposure
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
