Job Description
Collect specimens, perform data entry, and provide customer service in a fast-paced environment. Assist with phlebotomy procedures and maintain logs. Travel to Territory Manager meetings as needed. Participate in special projects and stay up-to-date on company communications.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
  • Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
  • Committed to all MAKO policies and procedures.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
  • Superior customer focus and ability to communicate openly and transparently.
  • Knowledge of our business and ability to accelerate and embrace change.
