The Patient Services Representative will greet and check-in patients, schedule appointments, and provide a warm welcome to patients and their families. The PSR will be an integral part of the clinic team, participating in population health management and care coordination efforts.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of customer service experience
  • Preferred: One (1) year of healthcare experience, Bilingual skills
