Role OverviewAs a Patient Services Representative, you will provide customer service to patients and company representatives, perform business office responsibilities, and ensure a positive patient experience. What You Will Do
Responsibilities include greeting patients, obtaining patient information, performing patient registration, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating outside testing. You will also serve as a liaison between patients and the practice, provide backup for scheduling appointments, and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
