Role Overview

The Patient Services Representative serves as the first point of contact between the clinic and patients, providing excellent customer service, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with forms.

What You Will Do

Welcomes patients, answers calls, takes messages, schedules appointments, collaborates with the care team, registers patients, assists with forms, and maintains accurate billing information.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience in a clinical setting

  • Strong telephone skills and etiquette
