SNI Companies is working with a large radiology firm in Mercer County, NJ seeking a Patient Services Representative to ensure efficient and accurate management of patients during their appointment. This role is 100% on site.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, health information systems, and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
