Job Description
Patient Site Engagement Manager will work with cross-functional teams to develop robust recruitment, retention, and site engagement strategies, and partner with operation recruitment leads to ensure seamless delivery and execution of strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred
7+ years of progressive business experience in strategic marketing, clinical operations, or patient recruitment/retention & site engagement
Strategy Development & Execution, Analysis, Customer & Market Landscape Knowledge, Medical Strategy
