Job Description
Patient & Site Engagement Operations Manager - Sponsor Dedicated (m/w/d) role involves coordinating patient recruitment and retention operational plans for small/mid size studies and implementing recruitment/retention tactical plans. The candidate will collaborate with pre and post award stakeholders, communicate with sponsors and project teams, and represent IQVIA Patient Recruitment at site/sponsor-facing meetings.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with pre and post award stakeholders to manage coordination, planning, quality, and implementation of Patient Recruitment and Retention operational plans on small/mid size studies.
  • Communicate with sponsors and project teams to implement and monitor impact of the recruitment/retention tactical plan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver all appropriate tactics associated with the recruitment/retention strategy.
  • Represent IQVIA Patient Recruitment at site/sponsor-facing meetings to present strategy/rationale, train CRAs and site staff, and conduct recruitment support workshops as required.
  • Manage study KPI and financial performance.
