Job Description
The role requires providing inbound customer support to patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. The position involves building rapport and establishing positive relationships with patients, identifying and resolving patient issues, and maintaining accurate records of patient interactions. The role is hybrid, with 2 days of in-person work in Newtown, PA and 3 days remote work.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
