Job Description
As a Patient Support Specialist, you will provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. You will work on a hybrid schedule, 2 days in our office and 3 days remotely, and be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years’ experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
