Job Description
As a Patient Support Specialist, you will provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment, working on a hybrid schedule of 2 days in our Newtown, PA office and 3 days remotely. You will build rapport with patients, identify and resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of patient interactions. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
