Job Description
We're seeking a proactive problem-solver to provide inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers, while building rapport and establishing positive relationships with patients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, call center operations or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
